We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. All engagement rings and diamond fine jewelry come with a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If damage occurs due to manufacturing, contact us for an evaluation. A $50 deposit is required to cover shipping and evaluation. If the issue is covered under warranty, the fee is refunded and return shipping is complimentary.

If the damage is not covered, a quote will be provided. If declined, the deposit covers return shipping. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

What’s Not Covered:

• Discoloration from chemicals, pools, or bathing
• Wear and tear of metals or prongs over time
• Prongs catching or bending through normal use
• Loss of gemstones due to daily wear or trauma

We recommend independent insurance coverage to protect against loss, theft, or significant damage.

FREE LIFETIME DIAMOND UPGRADE

We offer a free lifetime upgrade for any loose lab-created diamond purchased from us. Exchange your diamond for one that’s at least 50% greater in value, and receive full credit for your original diamond purchase.

Requirements:

• Original documentation required
• Diamond must be in saleable condition
• Does not apply to colored gemstones, settings, or jewelry
• Taxes/duties on the new diamond will apply to full retail value

If the new diamond cannot be set in the original ring, we offer a precious metal credit for your old setting based on current gold/platinum prices.

OUR TEMPORARY SETTING OPTION

If you’re confident in your diamond choice but want your partner to pick the setting, choose our temporary setting option. We’ll mount your diamond in a classic 14k white gold solitaire ring.

Within 60 days, you and your fiancé can return the temporary setting and choose from our catalog of custom settings. A $50 refurbishing fee will be deducted, and the rest applied as credit toward your new setting.
